JLL, a Fortune 500 company, is a professional services and investment management firm <\/a>offering specialized real estate services to clients seeking increased value by owning, occupying and investing in real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE PROJECT <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We designed and delivered a customized central repository of market intelligence known as MarketSphere, to allow JLL brokers and researchers to access industrial and office real estate data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ease of use replaced a complicated and manual process of data worksheets, tools and ad hoc reports with a more uniform solution. The outcome was a more stable, centralized and standardized method for searching, analyzing and retrieving real estate market data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE PROCESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We executed the project using an agile framework with daily scrum meetings, which resulted in a high degree of customer satisfaction throughout the application’s construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our methodology allowed the customer to remain engaged and informed of the scope and progress of the project. In this collaborative process, our team utilized agile software engineering best practices in architecting the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
